Marcy Gardner, FNP

Marcy Gardner is the co-owner and co-founder of Reclaim Your Health & Wellness and is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and member of the AANP. She obtained her BSN with honors from Indiana University through IUPUI, and a Masters from Purdue Northwest University. She previously worked at FQHC providing Primary Care with a focus in Women's Health to an underserved community. Marcy's interests are focused on helping patients reclaim what has been lost through aging, stress and environmental exposure, getting to the root cause of the symptoms being experienced.
Marcy is a certified Biote Medical Provider specializing in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. Marcy has the highest quality medical aesthetics training from National Laser Institute, which includes, PDO Threads, PRP, Micro-needling, Advanced Dermal Filler and Toxin & more. Marcy is also certified to offer Peptide Therapy to aid in providing optimal health and wellness with a natural approach.
Marcy has a passion to help preserve and reverse the effects of time, while getting to the root cause. Providing a holistic approach to health and wellness and offering aesthetics to help patients meet their goals to preserve, enhance and rejuvenate their own unique beauty.
Rhonda West, AGNP

Rhonda West is the co-owner and co-founder of Reclaim Your Health & Wellness. Rhonda is Board Certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner and member of the AANP. She became Board Certified Registered Nurse in 1999. She obtained her ASN from ISU, BSN from USI, and a Master's degree from South University. Rhonda's Registered Nursing Career allowed her to care for patients in multiple healthcare settings, including OB, PEDs, Med Surge, Surgery & more. Rhonda practiced in Primary Care at Providence Medical Group as a Nurse Practitioner, specialties included Thyroid, Hypertension, Diabetes, and a variety of other medical conditions, before opening Reclaim Your Health & Wellness in 2021.
Rhonda is dedicated to helping her patients find the root cause of symptoms, illness, and overall concerns. She has extensive training, and is continuously training in noninvasive cosmetic/anti-aging procedures, health and wellness and hormone optimization.
